FPL team rater: what a useful team rating actually checks

A score out of 100 doesn't tell you what to do. A useful team review finds the players who won't play, the transfers that gain the most points and whether a hit is worth it.

What a team rating should tell you

Most team raters give you a number. That's fun, but the question you actually have is "what should I change?" A good review answers that for your squad, your money in the bank and the free transfers you have.

The checks that matter

  • Minutes: are all your starters likely to play 60 minutes or more?
  • Injuries and suspensions: anyone flagged, and how likely are they to play?
  • Fixtures: how do your players' next four to six games look?
  • Captain: who has the best mix of safety and upside this week?
  • Bench: will your substitutes cover you if a starter misses out?
  • Budget: is money sitting in the bank that could improve your team?

Rate your team with a screenshot

With FPLHERMES you upload a screenshot of your FPL team, confirm the players and enter your bank and free transfers. You then get the moves to make, the reason for each one, your best starting eleven and a captain pick.

If no move is worth it, it tells you to hold.

Can you trust it?
